Dealer program questions.
Is there a fee to join?
Yes. Approved dealers pay an annual program membership, billed securely through the dealer portal after approval. Membership unlocks dealer pricing, the store, downloads and factory support for everyone at your company.
Are territories exclusive?
HBT limits the number of dealers in each territory and may designate an exclusive dealer. For example, Vertex Control Systems is the exclusive authorized dealer for Louisiana.
What experience do we need?
We look for companies that design, install and service building automation, typically controls contractors, mechanical contractors with controls divisions and system integrators with BACnet experience.
Do we have to stop selling other brands?
No. Many dealers add Aero alongside existing lines, especially for projects where licensing costs or legacy N2 trunks make other options hard to justify.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within two business days. We may schedule a short call to talk through territory and your first projects.
